Firstly recharge your line with the minimium of N100 and then subscribe for it by dialing 6623#, then you will see options for you to choose which is the (1)weekly plan (NGN25) and (2)monthly plan (NGN60) Then choose any one of your choice by replying in the box provided.

After that, download Psiphone Pro Lite Or Pronet VPN
Install it and configure it as follows
Tick Remove Port
Proxy Type: Dual Real Host
Proxy Server: cdn.whatsapp.com or cdn.whatsapp.com.ng
Username: Leav blank
Password: Leave blank
Real Proxy Type: Default or HTTP
Real Proxy Server: 46.218.85.101
Real Proxy Port: 3129
Then save and go to option and choose United States as your region. Go to more option, Tick Connect through an HTTP Tick Use the following settings: and configure it with.. Host Address: 10.199.212.2 Port: 8080
Then go back and connect and start browsing
